5% discount is applied for the purchase of three items and more on all items.

Standard Worldwide Shipping  is included in the prices of items from the Judaica, Tableware or Home Decor lines.

Pick up:

L’Atelier is located in Afula, Israel. If you have selected to collect your order from the workshop, please contact Judith at contact@latelier-finefurniture.com to arrange a time/day to pick it up. It will usually be ready to be picked up 1–2 days after the order is placed.

Domestic Shipping:

All domestic orders are shipped via Registered Israel Post.

Delivery Time: 1–5 days once order has been sent out

Free domestic shipping for purchases from our Judaica, Tableware or Home Decor lines and above 500 NIS

All orders will be shipped with insurance

 

International Shipping:

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent out.

International Shipping. Worldwide free shipping applies to purchases from our Judaica, Tableware or Home Decor lines and above 1300 NIS (350 USD).

International shipping is with Fedex or EcoPost Doar Israel.

- USA: FedEx 7-14; EcoPost 14–28 days

- Canada: FedEx 7-14; EcoPost14–42 days (please allow for customs clearance delays)

- Europe: FedEx 7-14; EcoPost 9–21 days (please allow for customs clearance delays)

- Australia: FedEx 7-14; EcoPost 14–42 days

- New Zealand: FedEx 7-14; EcoPost14–42 days

- Rest of the World: FedEx 7-14; EcoPost 14–42 days

• Express Shipping Estimated Time of Delivery once order has been processed:

Worldwide: 4–10 business days

 

All shipping times are approximate, including express shipping and although every effort is made to meet those times, they cannot be guaranteed.

 

VAT:

Duty & Import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

All parcels are shipped from Israel. Some countries impose a custom and/or VAT charge on imported goods. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

The proper documentation is attached to speed up the customs process but we cannot estimate what these custom costs may be. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify what the charges are. By law we are obligated to declare the full value of the goods on the shipping label, even if the purchase is a gift. Please let us know if the purchase is a gift so it can be indicated on the label. Depending on the country it is being shipped to, taxes may still apply. If a parcel isn’t collected from the post office or delivery is denied due to a failure to pay applicable taxes, the cost of the item will be returned to the customer once the piece has been returned to us, minus the return shipping fee, credit card fees and a 5% handling fee (which covers handling and packaging).
